These Terms & Conditions apply to all reservations and stays at Mustique Suites Curaçao, operated by Mustique Curaçao Rentals (“we”, “us”, “our”). By making a reservation, you agree to these terms.

A reservation is confirmed once you receive a written confirmation via email or through our booking engine (Packxgen). Reservations made via direct email are subject to written confirmation by us. We reserve the right to cancel reservations with incomplete or incorrect information.

All rates are displayed in the applicable currency and include or exclude taxes as indicated during booking. Payment terms (deposit or full prepayment) depend on the selected rate and will be clearly communicated prior to confirmation.

Cancellation and modification conditions vary per rate and are shown at the time of booking. In case of no-show or early departure, charges may apply according to the booked rate conditions.

Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

Smoking is not permitted inside the rooms. Smoking is only allowed on the balcony and rooftop terrace. Quiet hours apply between 19:00 and 06:00. Guests must respect other guests, property rules, and local laws. We reserve the right to terminate a stay without refund in cases of serious misconduct or repeated disturbance.

Guests are responsible for any damage, missing items, or excessive cleaning caused during their stay. Mustique Curaçao Rentals is not liable for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings, except where required by law.

We are not liable for failure to perform due to circumstances beyond our control, including natural disasters, government measures, or utility outages.

These terms are governed by the laws of Curaçao. Any disputes shall be submitted to the competent court in Curaçao.
